Our Story
The Little Red Barn School is a private preschool in Watertown, CT established in 2024. The owner, Nikki DaSilva has been involved in child care for over 15 years and when her son was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, she naturally became more passionate about special needs. The Little Red Barn School building was previously an Applied Behavior Analysis location that the owner's son would attend. Based on the color and shape of the building the owner's son would call his therapy “barn school.” Fast forward to 2024, the building became vacant and the owner knew it was her opportunity to offer as much knowledge, guidance, and hope for other students in this building as it did for her son. In honor of his imagination and creativity The Little Red Barn School name was created.
